Privacy Policy

How we handle data on your site, your leads, and our platform.

We process information to run managed websites, capture leads, operate AI chat and automations, and bill subscriptions. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, which vendors may process it, and the choices available to you.

Your leads belong to your business

Contact details and job inquiries captured through your forms, chat, or integrations are processed to serve your business, not sold as a mailing list.

We use data to run the service

We collect what we need to host the site, answer AI chat, route leads, send alerts, bill your account, and keep the platform secure.

Third-party processors

Stripe, hosting, email, CRM, SMS, analytics, and AI vendors may process data under their own policies when those features are enabled.

Security-minded, not perfect

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Plain-English summary

We collect the information needed to run your website, capture leads, bill your subscription, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal information. Client lead data is processed for the client’s business.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Hive Forensics AI Inc. d/b/a Turing Arte ("Turing Arte," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you visit turingarte.com, request a demo, book a call, subscribe to a managed website plan, or interact with a client website we operate.

This policy applies to our marketing site and platform operations. If you are an end-customer of one of our clients — for example, you fill out a contractor’s quote form — that business is responsible for its own customer-facing privacy disclosures. We process that information as a service provider on the client’s behalf.

Privacy questions: contact@turingarte.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three broad categories: website visitor data, subscriber account data, and end-lead data captured for client businesses.

  • Visitor and prospect data: name, email, phone, business name, service area, goals, messages, chat transcripts, referral URLs, and form submissions when you request a demo or strategy call.
  • Subscriber and billing data: account contact details, plan selection, payment status, Stripe customer identifiers, support communications, and onboarding materials you provide.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, session identifiers, page views, and security logs.
  • Client lead data: information submitted by your customers through forms, AI chat, SMS workflows, booking tools, or integrations configured on your managed site.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to operate, secure, and improve the managed website service — not to sell personal information as a data broker.

  • Provide hosting, maintenance, AI chat, lead capture, notifications, CRM sync, and requested automations.
  • Respond to inquiries, qualify strategy-call requests, administer accounts, invoice subscriptions, and provide support.
  • Detect abuse, fraud, spam, and security incidents.
  • Analyze product performance, troubleshoot errors, and improve retrieval quality and conversion flows.
  • Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and respond to lawful requests.

4. When we share information

We share information only as needed to deliver the service, process payments, or comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

  • Service providers such as hosting, database, email, payment, AI, SMS, CRM, scheduling, analytics, and infrastructure vendors that process data under contractual obligations.
  • Client-directed integrations that you ask us to enable for your business, such as HubSpot, Quo, Calendly, Resend, Telegram alerts, or similar tools.
  • Professional advisors or authorities when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to continued protection of the information.

5. Common processors and integrations

Depending on your plan and configuration, data may be processed by some or all of the providers below. Each provider publishes its own privacy policy.

  • Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
  • Vercel and Neon — hosting, deployment, and database infrastructure.
  • OpenAI and related AI vendors — chat, qualification, summarization, and content assistance.
  • Resend — transactional email and internal lead alerts.
  • Quo or other SMS/voice vendors — missed-call text-back, SMS AI, and call intelligence when enabled.
  • HubSpot or other CRMs — lead sync when enabled.
  • Calendly — scheduling when enabled.
  • Telegram — owner/admin alerts when enabled.
  • Analytics, DNS, domain, font, and media vendors used by the site configuration.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage for essential site operation, session continuity, chat identity, admin authentication, and basic analytics.

You can control cookies through browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit chat continuity, admin login, or other features.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

  • Active subscriber data is retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward.
  • Chat, lead, and form records may be retained according to plan settings, client instructions, and backup schedules.
  • When a subscription ends, client-owned lead exports may be requested within the window described in our Terms. We may delete inactive site data after a reasonable retention period unless law requires longer storage.
  • Billing and tax records may be retained longer where required by accounting rules.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport where supported, environment isolation, and least-privilege operational practices.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials for accounts you own and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses.

  • You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or by contacting us.
  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing us at the address above. We may need to verify your identity and may retain some data where required by law or legitimate business needs.
  • If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. We do not sell personal information.
  • If we process information on behalf of a client business, we may direct end-customer requests to that business when appropriate.

10. Children’s privacy

Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or account email where appropriate.

Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
